Get the Denim Dresscode for your Kids
Wearing denims never go out of fashion, whether you’re a mum or a toddler. We’ve grown up wearing Pepe Jeans denim wear to college. Life would be unthinkable without a pair of that perfect fitted pair of jeans.
Even though the market is flooded with lesser known brands of denims, and that you can pick up a pair at dirt cheap prices from street shopping, but people who’ve worn brands like Pepe Jeans will always know the difference. There’s a certain craftsmanship, a certain sense of style that revolves around top brands like this.
This Friday, 10th September 2015, The Lifestyle Portal was invited to a fun filled promotional event hosted by Pepe Jeans London to celebrate their launch of the Autumn Winter 2015 Kidswear collection in India.
It was a glamorous event where gorgeous mums like Tara Sharma, Alesia Raut, Aanchal Kumar, Shveta Salve (with her niece) walked the ramp with their little ones. It goes to show that a brand like Pepe Jeans has created something really special not only for you, but for your children too.
Pepe Jeans MD and CEO Kaavinda Mishra gave us a lowdown on what their latest launch is all about and that there’s tonnes of new concepts that are going live across their outlets in the city. So for those who’re wondering what the new collection is all about, here’s a sneak peek:
Pepe Jeans AW15 Girls
For the girls, they have Indigo Essentials – featuring a combination of light and dark blues that are mixed, matched and blended with pale reds, pinks and grey.
The other is the Downtown Playground – that mainly offers a playful and modern twist to textured elements on colours such as corals, reds and blues.
Pepe Jeans AW15 Boys
For your handsome young princes, Pepe Jeans offers three different styles – the first one being the Indio Collection featuring cool washes in jersey range and strong graphic prints.
Then there is the Bohemian Collection that’s inspired by the fun outdoors and lastly the Classic Sport – which is very ‘university’ inspired with bright colours and graphics.
Pepe Jeans Kids’ Look Book
If I had to choose a look for my little girl, I’d definitely would opt for ‘Vanassa‘ – because of its lovely navy blue colour and a simple design that makes it stand out in the crowd adding to a new style statement in a kidswear. Other looks that I would recommend for little girls are – 1. Daria & Shella, 2. Carla & Cutsie and 3. Ciel & Saturan.
