The investment

Armed with an initial investment of just Rs. 5000/-, Sreeja mentions, “I did not have to make any investment on physical evidence, as I got a rent-free virtual space to display my products. But I had to invest a little amount in making the website which was made by my friend.”

Challenges faced

While the journey to your goal is never without a few roadblocks and speed breakers, Sreeja admits in facing a number of challenges, which still continue. One of her major challenges was to convince manufacturers to give her stock on a consignment basis or to partner with her. On the other hand, if some of the manufacturers are good and understanding, they turn out to be very expensive.
