Being a mother is a full-time job. As a mother myself, I empathise with my fellow mum friends who put their heart and soul into bringing up their kids.

As a Parent-Child Play Practitioner, one of the first things I tell fellow mothers is to ‘fill your cup first’ before you can tend to others.
What it means is, first make sure that you’ve taken care of yourself before you’re able to deal with another person’s needs. This is the most important thing to do, because being a mother, your role is 24×7.
