Watching a Child Blossom: Laivish’s Growth in Confidence, Courage, and Expression

Laivish has been a delight. When he first joined the W.I.N.G.S. Program, he was slightly shy and kept to himself. He wanted to express himself but often hesitated. Gradually, as we progressed in our sessions over the last couple of months, Laivish has shown remarkable progress. He is neat, meticulous and tidy with his work. While he tries to express himself in spoken words, he does so wonderfully through his written work.

A young boy named Laivish, a Grade 5 student, shares his positive experience in Tanya's class, highlighting fun activities like reading and games. He mentions learning about monuments and feeling motivated after classes.

Sharing a note of gratitude from Laivish, as feedback from the child himself is most important:
I enjoy Tanya Ma’am’s class because she teaches us through fun activities like reading, worksheets, and games.

My favourite part is learning new things like monuments and doing activities with my friends.

I’ve learned to be respectful, responsible, and brave. After every session, I feel happy, good, and motivated.

Why children love attending The Write Compass’ W.I.N.G.S Program

While playing many of our quiz games (Guess in 10 and Country Quest are his favourites), Laivish is a star performer. Because of his love for football, sports, and general knowledge, he always shares anecdotes about the monuments or countries we explore during our sessions. That’s when his eyes light up, he loses all his inhibitions, and speaks so confidently! Watching Laivish speak is such a delight because he forgets his fear and smiles from ear to ear!

We’re also extremely grateful to Laivish’s mom, Shiphali, for entrusting me with her faith and trust to mentor him.

Text overlays include a quote praising an engaging class and information about the mother, Shipali Jain, and her son, who attends The Write Compass.

Sharing a note of gratitude from Shipali Jain,
The whole class is so engaging and informative.

You focus on building their communication and vocabulary in such a thoughtful way!

Every activity is interactive, and I can already see how much it’s helping my son speak more confidently in English.
