Ingredients

  1. Boiled corn – 1 Bowl
  2. Boiled groundnuts – 1/2 Bowl
  3. Salt – 1 tsp
  4. Oregano – ½ tsp
  5. Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
  6. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  7. Finely chopped vegetables like Capsicum, Onion, Cucumber, Tomato, Bell peppers, blanched broccoli.
  8. Chopped Coriander – 1 tsp

Method

  1. Boil corn and groundnuts in a cooker. Add salt while boiling.
  2. Add finely chopped vegetables like onion, cucumber, tomato, capsicum, bell peppers, blanched broccoli.
  3. Add oregano and chilli flakes to taste.
  4. Add lemon juice and mix all the ingredients together.
  5. For garnishing add finely chopped coriander and serve warm.
