Every once in a while, a child walks into my W.I.N.G.S. Program with a spark so bright that it lights up the entire room. Yuvanya is one of those rare gems a kind‑hearted, curious, multi‑talented young girl I’ve had the joy of mentoring.

She’s a Bharatanatyam dancer, an abacus learner, a budding entrepreneur who sells handmade accessories with her younger brother in our building’s central park, a thoughtful artist, and a committed mentee at The Write Compass’ W.I.N.G.S (offline) Program. What I admire most is her willingness to explore, experiment, and express herself, whether through words, colours, or movement.

In our sessions, she’s not just learning new vocabulary; she’s learning how to use those words with confidence. She’s discovering how creativity can become her voice, helping her articulate her thoughts, emotions and ideas with clarity and joy.

She appears happy and engaged, with a quote about her positive experiences in Tanya Ma'am's class at The Write Compass, emphasizing fun activities and personal growth.

A Note of Gratitude From Yuvanya

“I love Tanya Ma’am’s class as I learn new things every day and have so much fun. We do interesting activities like writing our ‘Pinky Promise’ and learning our pledge. My favourite part is the last ten minutes when we play games like Twister and aim‑the‑ball. After her class, I feel bright, talkative, and happy. I’ve learned to speak with confidence and read more gracefully, and I enjoy every session with her.”

A Heartfelt Message From Her Mother, Tanvi

“Hi Tanya, your efforts are really showing. My kids have so many wonderful thoughts and ideas now! Whenever I give them a word or a topic, they have so much to share. I can clearly see the difference. Thank you so much for everything.”
